You can enter your contact information easily there, but we'd like to meet with you personally to determine the best class for you or your child. The faculty will decide on the appropriate class placement based on a combination of the following factors, not necessarily by the dancers age.

• dance experience
• physical & mental maturity
• body connectivity & movement skills

We continue to evaluate the dancer within class and will always strive for a "best fit".

All students registering with Creative Roots Performing Arts are subject to 3 different fees:

Tuition Fees

1. All Tuition Fees for the school year must be submitted in full at the time of registration with either one full year payment (1 cheque/ credit card payment) OR 10 separate term payments (10 post-dated cheques/credit card form).
2. An annual non-refundable Registration Fee of $20.00 per family is payable upon registration.
3. All fees include 12% HST.
4. Dishonoured (NSF) cheques will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

Registration

1. All payments must accompany registration to confirm class placement.
2. Registration is based on a first come, first serve basis.
3. Registrations will not be accepted for classes that have reached capacity.
4. Tuition fees will be prorated for all late registrations.

Costume Fees

Every odd-numbered year.

1. A non-refundable, post-dated payment dated November 1 for the year-end performance costume(s) must be submitted at registration.
2. Costume Fees for Pre/Junior level students is $85.00 per costume, per discipline.
3. Costume Fees for Int/Senior level students is $100.00 per costume, per discipline.
4. A Costume Fee cheque will be returned only if a student is unable to perform in the year-end performance and written notice has been submitted to Creative Roots one month prior to the recital.
5. For higher dance levels, there may be extra costs related to the year-end performances (ie. specific tights, appropriate undergarments).
6. Please make all cheques payable to Creative Roots Performing Arts.  Please write the student(s) name on each cheque and specify: Tuition Fees, Costume Fees, etc.

Cancellations & Withdrawals

1. Students wishing to withdraw from any class or program at Creative Roots Performing Arts must submit a Notice of Withdrawal in writing.
2. The written Notice of Withdrawal is your one month's notice.
3. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes.
4. Non-attendance is not accepted as a Notice of Withdrawal from any class or program.
5. Registration Fees are non-refundable.
